Sherman Commons sits at the corner of US-75 and Shepherd Drive on the south side of Sherman, right across the highway from Texas Instruments’ new 300mm semiconductor campus. Cana Capital, in partnership with Net7 Real Estate, is planning the site as a gas station, convenience store and retail center to serve the thousands of people who will live and work around it, including an 1,800-unit apartment community planned next door.
