Red Bird Ridge
Twenty-three one-acre estate homesites under some of the oldest oaks in Argyle, in two phases, including The Grove, a private gated enclave of seven. Developed in just one year and sold out in presale, Red Bird Ridge broke records. Today ten custom builders are bringing it to life.
Records broken, one after another.
Red Bird Ridge is one of the proudest projects in Cana Capital’s history. It moved faster and sold stronger than any neighborhood we had built before.
Sold out in presale
Every one of the twenty-three homesites was spoken for before the streets were even finished.
Developed in just one year
From raw land to paved streets, utilities, the new entry, the trail and the pond in about twelve months.
Record-breaking sales
A record-breaking sales pace for a Cana Capital neighborhood, with ten of North Texas’ custom builders buying in.
Old oaks. Open sky. Room to breathe.
Red Bird Ridge is an exclusive community of twenty-three spacious one-acre homesites in Argyle. Mature trees, a walking and equestrian trail and a quiet pond give it the feel of the country, with Argyle ISD schools close by. At its heart is The Grove at Red Bird Ridge, a private, gated cul-de-sac of seven premium lots.

The trees came first. Always.
Many of the oaks on this land are very, very old. Preserving them was the single most important feature of this project, and every street, homesite and trail was laid out to save as many trees as possible.
We didn’t clear the land to build a neighborhood. We built the neighborhood around the land.
- Streets routed around the largest oaks
- Homesites shaped to keep mature tree stands
- Tree protection written into the HOA rules
- The pond grove and trail corridor left natural
