Apex Autosports
The new home of Apex Autosports. Cana Capital turned an old billiards outlet on I-35E into a premium showroom for AutoPark Dallas. Now AutoPark Dallas is moving into its brand-new building next door, and Apex Autosports is moving in.
From billiards to the showroom floor.
AutoPark Dallas started out in Addison, then moved here to Lewisville, into the former Billiard Outlet building on I-35E. Cana Capital restored and redesigned the space from the inside out, turning a dated retail box into a premium dealership. Now AutoPark Dallas is moving into its brand-new building next door, and Apex Autosports is moving in here from the original Addison spot.
The 15,000-square-foot building now has a 3,000-square-foot showroom and retail space up front, and a 12,000-square-foot indoor warehouse behind it that holds about 80 vehicles. Cana Capital’s own office is here too.
